This session covers the following theoretical notions: growing regions, processing methods, water, roast and stocking coffee.
Follows at in depth analysis of the “pour over” and “full immersion” brewing methods, including scientific notions to manage extraction and functional practice to manage a filter coffee menu.
Training session aim is to analyze and understand variables involved in coffee flavor profile, specifically the role of the barista within filter coffee brewing.
All sessions are run by Matteo Pavoni, 2022 Italian Barista Champion.
