A 2-hours session dedicated to milk techniques with “free pour” latte art.
The session will include theoretical notions on milk componentry and temperature, traditional cappuccino practice, and latte art techniques.
The course aim is to understand milk componentry and mastery milk techniques, specifically free pour, being able to pour at least three different latte arts.
All sessions are run by Matteo Pavoni, 2022 Italian Barista Champion.
