Peacocks Coffee journey started with our first sip of a single-origin speciality coffee, way before our foundation: it was back in December 2012, two brothers enjoying a true coffee epiphany, with a shot of Ethiopian natural espresso in Notes Coffee, Martin’s Lane London.
January 2018 was the birth of Peacocks Coffee, founded on the back of incredible experiences in the speciality coffee world.
Mainly in the UK these experiences range from roles as barista, barista trainer, coffee shop manager, roast assistant and head roaster. The companies and amazing people we were lucky to learn so much from are: SSP UK, Bewleys Ireland, Taf Coffee in MM Milan and Colonna Coffee in Bath.
As we are growing step by step so it does our belief in the role, vision and impact we can have in the world of coffee.
Today, we are proud to contribute into raising awareness with consumers of the most famous beverage in the world.
Innovation
Peacocks Coffee also represents a hope symbol.
As we were sourcing and roasting great tasting coffees, we soon realized the impact human has on the whole production cycle. Our coffees aren’t just delicious to taste but always coming from superb producers and looked after by incredible humans. Most of the coffees we buy and offer come from small farms and cooperatives operating with supportive and inclusive projects that offer the best of humanity.
We strongly believe in the people who actively participate in these projects to offer the best to our world.
We are committed to improve coffee quality as well as pursuing a better future in the sustainable consumption of coffee.
2020 has shown how important people and our purpose are. Our work and our actions can make a difference. Faced with the daily challenges of our society, Peacocks Coffee embraces the opportunity to help address them in the best possible way.
We are proud to contribute and be part of this production cycle, but we know that the work is still at the beginning. We will always strive to lower our environmental impact and to better support the communities and families operating in this sector.

Every Saturday we run a bicycle delivery for our neighborhood in all Brianza area, select bike delivery at check-out to have a little but fundamental impact on lowering CO2 emissions.
