Additional Information

  • We roast every Tuesday and ship on Wednesday. Orders placed by Tuesday 11 AM will be roasted and shipped on the same week.

  • Please note, standard delivery may take up to six business days for remote locations.

  • The following postcodes are ineligible for delivery: Visit SDA List

  • If you are from Monza and Brianza province (Italy), you can take advantage of the Bicycle Delivery service and your order will be delivered on Saturday at zero shipping cost.

Our international shipping is carried out by DHL. Please contact your local customs office to find out more about what taxation policies are in place. As these vary from country to country, our shipping costs do not include customs clearance charges or import duties and these might come as an additional cost.


Return Policy


All Peacocks purchases have an extended 60-day returns policy. 

Some exceptions apply:

  • Unused peacockscoffee.com gift cards can be canceled within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us.

  • Coffee can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Gift boxes cannot be returned.

  • Items noted as non-returnable cannot be returned.


We roast our coffee and provide all of our items to give you the best, so if they're not working exactly right for you, we've got you covered. When you shop on Peacockscoffee.com, we give you 60 days to take your purchases for a trial run, confidently knowing you can return items (read exceptions applied) for any reason within those 60 days. Remember: The costs of returning an item are on the customer.



Please note that your items must be unworn and unwashed in order to be able to return them.

What about defective or faulty items?
We stand behind all of our coffee and items. If your item is defective or faulty and it's been less than 60 days since your purchase, simply choose to return the item. If it's been more than 60 days since your purchase, please contact us to return the item. Defective or faulty products can be returned with valid proof of purchase within two years of the order delivery.
