The Slow Food Coffee Coalition is an international, open, and collaborative network that brings together everyone in the coffee supply chain.
The coalition nurtures relationships between those whose passion or profession is coffee, empowers farmers by increasing their representation and visibility and raises awareness among consumers by promoting the identity and knowledge of coffee.
Peacocks Coffee is proud to announce its membership in the Slow Food Coffee Coalition as of June 2024!
We joined this active community with the aim of sharing exceptional coffees with more consumers and of participating in good, clean and fair food and coffee focused projects, activities and events.
This also means that our coffee selection will feature the wonderful coffees produced by Slow Food Communities around the world. In 2024 we are happy that the first coffee will be a Peruvian Red Bourbon, a fantastic washed lot produced by Edwin Quea, available here.
