Meet us at HostMilano 2021
With over 800 events, HostMilano 2021 is an attention grabber; its vibrancy is a spectacle of high innovative content that Peacocks cannot miss. At this unique event, Peacocks will be present, focusing on the functionality of a new machine made by Biepi and the Zero machine of Dalla Corte, with demonstrations and tasting of espresso coffee, and some other preparations to taste. In the words of Matteo Pavoni, Head Roaster of Peacocks Coffee, "Host is the epicenter where professionals from the world of coffee meet to showcase innovations and reconnect with clients in person after a long forced distance".
Some 40 years after its first edition, HostMilano is still the event par excellence in the world of coffee. With the global equipment hub inside, HostMilano offers the opportunity to Peacocks to present incredible products and experiences for all coffee lovers.
"Coffee enthusiasts will have the opportunity to see up close not only the latest in professional equipment, but also to discover and learn about the entire chain involving coffee, from raw material to roasting, to the various in-cup preparations," says Mr. Pavoni.

HostMilano is where the coffee enthusiast and the coffee professional can find a real hearing. Where people can observe, test and taste, and give their opinion. The aim is to understand needs and opportunities, contextualize progress and generate innovation, sustainability and training.
So, Peacocks Coffee will be present at the Biepi and Dalla Corte stands to be showcase on their new espresso machines on the following days and times:
- Sunday from 10am to 12pm on Dalla Corte Zero for espresso showcase
- Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoon on the new Biepi espresso machine
- Monday at the Biepi stand all day

HostMilano 2021 will also be the event chosen by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) to hold the top event in the Coffee segment, the SCA 2021 World Barista Championship, World Brewers Cup and World Cup Tasters Championship.

This news is a further confirmation that this will be a crucial event for the restart, the place to be from which the hospitality world will restart stronger and livelier than ever, under the banner of innovation, sustainability and training. In particular, the SCA championships within SIC, the historic International Coffee Exhibition, which has always been a reference point for the coffee industry, will crown a unique offer both in terms of the level of the exhibitors and the events represented. The appointment for everyone is therefore from 22 to 26 October, in presence and in safety," said Simona Greco, Global Exhibitions Director at Fiera Milano SpA.
