ITALY SHIPPING CHARGES

For orders placed from Italy above the amount of 40 euro shipping is free with DHL Express courier.

ABROAD SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping costs for Europe are listed below and they will also sent via DHL Express.

All shipments are tracked. In some countries the tracking service is not available due to the limitations of the internal postal service.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Customs have strict import rules that are beyond our knowledge and control. Because of these difficulties, for some countries we can not offer our home delivery service. If there are any changes in the future that will make shipping possible, we will re-evaluate this policy.

SHIPPING TIMES

For deliveries within Italy, DHL Express will usually deliver by the end of the business day following the withdrawal. Deliveries across the border usually take place.

All orders will be processed within 24/48 hours of receipt of payment.

We roast every Tuesday morning, therefore all orders received before 8:30 AM of Tuesday will be shipped on Wednesday to guarantee freshness.
